Hotel Flora - Cooking and sommelier courses

In the Castelli Romani, the food must be to enjoy.
Ancient writers such as Orazio, Marziale or Plinio il Vecchio, worshipped wines and food of the hills Colli Albani and Tuscolani. The big teachers of the new realism (Fellini, Rossellini e De Sica) brought images of the castles' grapes in the world.
The hotel organizes some cooking and sommelier courses in honour of the customs of the roman hills.

Day Programme:

First of all we like to ask our guest of their experience with Italian food then:

• We buy food together in a local market or organic farm
• The course is in local people houses, our friends are going to cook with us, with the traditional recipes and giving tips for best dishes;
• While cooking we drink to make the day happier.
• To finish, after cooking we will sit around the table and consume the food cooked during the session.
